Returns and Shipping Policy

At this time, we do not accept returns on any items including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and final sale items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at  sales@houseofcharme.com within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Include the following details in the email. 

  • Order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defect

Once we review your request, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed. House of Charme is not responsible for issues as a result of incorrect shipping information, lost, or stolen packages.

Shipping
Each order is shipped through USPS Priority Mail or UPS. We are not liable for any mistakes made by USPS or the amount of time that it takes to ship after we send it to the post office. We are also not responsible for any customs or import fees when shipping internationally. 

Order Cancellations
Order Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us at sales@houseofcharme.com if you would like to cancel your order. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
